Thanks is this applicable to the Ed30 as I believe mine only has a main stat?

That article is for the main stat, I think you will just have to move some additional stuff to gain access.

I think they're skinny little M5 bolts from memory, in which case they're usually tightened to 10lbft.

Not pretty but it's a lot easier than say, a cambelt, clutch, timing chain, turbo, intercooler etc  :smiley:

Changed my Cam belt and thermostat last night bearing in mind I used a four poster ramp with my mechanic friend helping it took us 12 hours, the thermostat was a nightmare.... Now I've done it once would prob be a lot quicker next time!! The engine mount is a pain in the a..e too..
